In the fall of 2016, BPW Finland – Finland’s Federation of Business and Professional Women – kicked off a two-year educational project funded by the European Social Fund, which trained highly educated unemployed women over the age of 50 in mastering the Equal pacE pay analysis program. The goal was for the women to be able to employ themselves at least part-time as Equal PacE professionals and trainers. The Equal PacE results-report increases the organization’s internal pay structure transparency, and furthers the reduction of gender pay gaps.
